Force windows to keep its Core Kernel Executive
in memory and do not swap it to pagefile
When enabled it forces Windows core kernel executive system
to be kept in memory and not paged to disk.
This improves performance and reduces disk activity.
(only advisable if you have 512MB of memory or more).
